1. Shipping Coverage
We ship our products to all locations within Australia. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
2. Shipping Costs
- Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): Free for all orders.
- Express Shipping (1–3 business days): $12.99 AUD flat rate per order.
Shipping fees (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.
3. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
4. Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times vary depending on your location:
- Metro Areas: 3–5 business days (Standard) or 1–2 business days (Express).
- Regional Areas: 5–7 business days (Standard) or 2–3 business days (Express).
Please note: Unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or carrier delays, may affect delivery times.
5. Shipping Carrier
We use reliable shipping partners, including Australia Post, StarTrack, and Courier Services, to ensure timely and secure deliveries.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking information and a link to track your shipment in real time.
7. Delivery Issues

8. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or because the package was unclaimed, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping fees may apply.
9. Cancellations and Changes
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. Once an order is shipped, changes or cancellations cannot be processed.
10. Shipping Restrictions
We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or remote locations that are inaccessible by our carriers.
11. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For Australian orders, all prices include GST. No additional customs or duties apply.
