You can choose account login, IMEI number login, DEMO experience portal login tracking platform

1. Account login: You only need to enter the user name and password when logging in to the account, and select the language in the upper right corner to log in. Currently, the platform supports 15 languages including English, French, and German. Click the login button to log in to the system;

2. IMEI login: When IMEI login, enter the IMEI number, the default password is the last six digits of the IMEI number, click to log in;

3. DEMO experience entrance: If there is no account or IMEI number, the platform supports the experience account login experience platform function, but some functions will be restricted;

1. After successfully logging in to the system, enter the home page of the platform, and you can view the following menu bars on the left: monitoring, statistics, management, customer, dealer management, data panel

2.1. Current customer: Display the name of the current store. You can also search for the store you need in the search bar. Click Jump to view the store's equipment list and other information

2.2. Device search box: This search box supports quick search for device number, device name, SIM card number, and account name, and also supports fuzzy search. Click on the device on the right to display the search result as vehicle equipment details, and click on the customer to display the account to which the device belongs.

2.3. Language switching box: the platform supports switching languages on the home page, which is convenient for customers' daily use needs. The language selection box can be synchronized with the language selection box on the login page;

3. Device list: You can view all devices in the store, display the number of all devices, the number of online devices, the number of offline devices, and the number of inactive devices.

3.1. Device search box: enter the device number/device name/SIM card number in the search box, click the search button to view the location and details of the device

3.2. Hidden device list button: Click this button to hide the device list and display the vehicle location information on the map completely; 3.3. Include sub-accounts: Click to check the Include sub-account check box to display the devices of sub-accounts in the device list;

3.4. New group: Click to create a new group in the device list, allowing customers to group similar devices;

5. Alarm bell: It can display the pushed alarm information in real time, click to view the alarm processing pool of the account, can process alarm information in batches, and can also click to view the alarm address.

6. Device monitoring page

6.1. Device name: display device name and device number information;

6.2. Color status: blue means online, green means running, yellow means dormant, gray means offline.

6.3. Device information: display the name of the owner, the latest signal time of the device, positioning time, voltage/power display, ACC status, positioning method, device type, number of satellites and other information. This monitoring information can be set in the system;

6.4. Positioning address: This information shows the latest uploaded positioning address of the device

6.5. Playback: Click playback to jump to the track playback page, enter the IMEI number, select a time period to view, or select 1 day, 7 days or 10 days in the shortcut selection drop-down menu, and click the playback track to view the set vehicle track. Click Track Download to download the track you queried.

6.6. Location Tracking: Click to track and display the real-time location of the device, and the location map is refreshed every 10s.

6.7. Fence settings: Click on the fence to create circular fences and polygonal fences, or to view existing fences on the device.

6.8. Street View: Click Street View to switch to the Street View mode of Google Maps, and you can view the Street View status of the current location of the device.

6.9. Instructions: Click on the command to quickly issue, you can issue commands such as remotely restarting the device, cutting off fuel and power, and displaying the command record

6.10. Location sharing: share the current device location link, which can be shared with others
