How does Trackpro GPS work?
The Trackpro GPS tracker determines its location using GPS satellites and reports it via cellular networks (LTE). That's why it has an integrated SIM card that automatically connects to local cell networks. Unlike AirTag or other Bluetooth tracking devices, the Trackpro GPS tracker can locate your vehicle/asset worldwide, as long as there's sufficient cellular coverage.
Why do I need a subscription and what plans are available?
Trackpro GPS trackers have a built-in SIM card - like your phone - which uses mobile networks to send you location info. All the fees needed to do that are covered within your subscription. That way, you get to enjoy unlimited tracking. There are multiple plan options and they are very affordable. And you can cancel your subscription at any time!
What's the difference between Trackpro GPS and AirTag?
AirTags need to be close to other Apple devices to track objects. If your asset is not within range of an Apple device, an AirTag won’t be able to find them. Trackpro GPS uses GPS and LTE technology to provide accurate real-time location data in all countries as our tracker is integrated with a worldwide IoT sim which works all over the world.
What's the battery life of a Trackpro GPS tracker?
Battery life strongly depends on tracker data update interval, coverage, and usage. Setting up Positioning Modes via the Trackpro GPS app is pretty easy and is done by clicking on the preset commands available in the app. For example, if choosing "Standby Mode (24hr)", the tracker will report its position once every 24 hours and in this mode, the tracker battery will last for almost 200 days.
What's the range of a Trackpro GPS tracker?
Unlimited. In fact, you could track your vehicle/asset even if you're on the other side of the world. And it works in over 175 countries using 2G and/or 4G LTE cellular coverage from one of our 500+ partners world-wide.
How do I get started?
After ordering your tracker online and once you have received it, all you need to do is download the "Trackpro GPS" app for Android or iOS and sign-up on the app and then scan your tracker imei to bind your device to your account. You will then need to pick from one of the very affordable subscription models that fits you best. After activating the device within the app, you can start tracking your vehicle/asset/child to ensure round-the-clock safety.
